As of November 2023, RCB purchased 265 Bay Pines Road in Beaufort, SC.
The property consists of a 9,283 SF warehouse on 1.8 usable acres. Lowcountry RV is vacating the property and a new full building tenant, SQUAN, will be moving in immediately thereafter.
