RCB has expanded beyond the Charleston Tri-County area for the second time in 3 months with the acquisition of 354 Tiller Drive in Pawleys Island, SC.
The 10,890 SF flex property is made up of approximately nine 1,200 SF units with a mix of office and warehouse space.
