NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (September 24, 2026) — RCB Development has fully leased 3567 Meeting Street Road, a light industrial property in North Charleston. Two auto service businesses and a West Coast ship repair firm have signed leases totaling 15,972 rentable square feet.
Wax’d Auto Spa and Marshside Motors will occupy 10,956 square feet in Building Two. The space combines open warehouse bays with built-out office suites across two floors. Oceanwide Repair, a ship repair company based in Long Beach, California, has leased a portion of Building One, a 5,016-square-foot warehouse with an overhead door, existing office space, and exterior yard space.
“Smaller light industrial users keep getting pushed from downtown to the edges of the region, and prefer flight to quality. We repositioned 3567 Meeting Street to give them redesigned functional small bay industrial spaces that are in close proximity to 1-26 and 1-526 to service their clients in the greater Charleston Submarkets,” said Russell Canard, Principal at RCB Development.
The property is zoned M-1. It sits near Interstate 26 at Exit 215 (Dorchester Road), with direct access to the Port of Charleston and the Tri-County area. The site is fully fenced with gated access. RCB completed renovations including a new wood-and-masonry facade, standing-seam metal roofing, updated office interiors, and repaved parking.
