RCB has leased approximately 10,500 square feet at 4221 Rivers Avenue in North Charleston to Palmetto Pump House, a gym for all fitness pursuits.
Slated to open mid-summer 2023, Palmetto Pump House is lead by three strength training professionals who see a gap in the industry and an opportunity to bring the gym community together. With this lease, 4221 Rivers Ave is now fully occupied.
The River’s Avenue corridor is experiencing growth as Park Circle continues to flourish and as The Neck of Charleston becomes more expensive. This lease is a testament to that.
