RCB Development is thrilled to announce that ABC Supply Co has grown their footprint at 1770 Hock Avenue by approx. 15,000 SF, totaling their presence at the property to approx. 46,000 SF.
Ever since ABC’s acquisition of Kaycan’s US distribution business in 2022, they have grown their customer base in the area, resulting in the need for additional warehouse space.
The 88,288 SF facility at 1770 Hock Avenue is 100% occupied by Teak and Table and ABC Supply Co.
