RCB Development has acquired 4540 Rivers Avenue in North Charleston, a 46,400 SF redevelopment.
The business park will consist of industrial, flex, and retail uses. The finished project will be very similar to one RCB’s past successful redevelopments, Stono Station on Savannah Highway, with the exception of two 4,750 SF standalone buildings that face Rivers Avenue (not shown in renderings).
The healthy parking ratio will bode well for retail users who value frontage off a major thoroughfare.
Three 2,500 SF warehouse spaces are currently available for lease. Larger suites up to 10,000 SF may become available over the next 6 months.
