1035 Johnnie Dodds is a well-located, Mt. Pleasant shopping center with 56,292 SF of retail space that will be undergoing a large transformation. Updates to include enhanced façade and lighting, monument signage, improved tenant visibility, and landscaping work.
535 Long Point is a flex space with 89,204 SF of mixed industrial and office use located right off I-526 in Mt. Pleasant. Tenants will benefit from new exterior improvements including façade work, improved wayfinding, landscaping, and an overall elevated sense of arrival.
7148 Cross County is an 18,255 SF flex space located in North Charleston with a range of industrial space available. This property will have a similar redevelopment approach to 4540 Rivers, one of RCB’s other flex/industrial properties in North Charleston. RCB plans to increase the value of this asset by providing an interior and exterior overhaul.
