Safelite signs a lease for approx. 11,700 square feet at 1341 College Park Rd in Summerville, RCB Development’s most recent acquisition.
As the retail/flex redevelopment nears completion, interest from tenants has picked up. Multifamily and single family developers have targeted the N Main St corridor in Summerville, resulting in an increased demand for retail oriented product.
The interior has been demolished, parking lot resealed and striped, storefront rebuilt, and roll up doors installed. Base building improvements will be finished in a couple of weeks, ready for tenant upfits.
27,303 square feet remain in the 39,001 square foot building.
