RCB has leased about 15,000 square feet to Waterside Business Logistics at James Island Business Park (JIBP).
Their space will be used as a distribution hub for Waterside’s clients. Waterside Business Logistics is a full service 3rd Party Logistics & 3rd Party Operations company.
Their services include, fulfillment, warehousing, import/export, receiving, sales, bookkeeping, AR/AP, and other administrative tasks. They specialize in small to medium size businesses in any industry and all services are offered a la carte.
JIBP has been completely rebranded, which has attracted the likes of 32 different companies who currently lease space there.
A new 22,000 square foot warehouse and 14,000 square foot flex building (preleased) will deliver at the end of June 2023, growing the total size of the development to about 221,000 square feet. JIBP remains the largest industrial development on James Island.
